On this JCW, we went through a thorough paint correction process to remove as much of the 6 years of damage as possible. Swirl marks came out. Light scratches were polished away. The panels that had deeper damage were improved significantly, even if they couldn't be made perfect. Then we applied Icon Rocklear to lock everything in. The coating bonds permanently to the corrected paint, so all that improvement isn't going to wash away or degrade over time. And going forward, the self-healing properties mean light scratches from daily driving will take care of themselves. Black paint finally looking like black paint again. No plastic film.
