There were some extremely small pieces of rock/sand that Noah discovered in my front bumper, but in the interest of time, he went ahead and ppf'd over it while committing to redoing the entire ppf + pressure washing out the rocks/sand during their 30 day checkup appointment. I personally wouldn't have noticed the difference had he not told me, but I really, really appreciated the honesty and commitment to quality - it is hard to find shop owners like this nowadays.

During the checkup appointment, I brought my car in extremely dirty from miscellaneous outdoor adventures. Was very impressed by how staff did a no-pressure foam wash that brought my car back to looking as good as new with very minimal effort (really shows that the coating works well!). Noah and team also redid my ppf, took care of an outstanding issue I had found, and threw in a windshield rock chip film.

All in all, so satisfied with the experience from start to end. Can't recommend them enough.

From the very start, Chris was absolutely amazing. He was friendly, transparent, and took the time to explain not only Rocklear, but also the other protective options (even ones outside their shop). To me, that speaks a lot to their transparency and wanting to ensure their customers are making the right decision according to their needs. Chris also sent links to their YouTube videos which was so helpful to understand/see the process and it was honestly so satisfying to see what a difference it made! I have to say - As a woman who doesn’t know too much about cars, I really appreciated how comfortable and respected I felt throughout the process - no pressure, no judgment, just honest guidance! Ladies, when it comes to cars and speaking with auto shops.. Unfortunately, if you know.. YOU KNOW how it can be! This experience was NOT that!

The turnaround time was amazing - I dropped my car off Saturday evening and picked it up Sunday evening! The paint was treated with Rocklear and everything else had a ceramic treatment applied. Both Jen and Noah were so kind and genuine, and you can really tell how much pride they take in their shop and in their work. It was a joy to get to know the owners of the shop personally and to see them working alongside each other at the shop. The experience felt more personal. I don’t drive a luxury sports car, but they treated my car with the same level of care and attention as any other.

Funny enough, I found Dragon Auto through one of their informative IG ads and I’m so glad I did! The Rocklear coat has made washing my car so much easier and faster. My car looks clean all the time and I do appreciate the extra shine it’s brought to the pearlescent white paint.

Even during my 30-day inspection, they went above and beyond. They washed my car, checked that everything cured properly, provided some washing tips to my fiancé and I, and Noah even offered to touch up a small ding near my trunk from some luggage in the near future.

Overall, I can’t compliment this team enough! They’re professional, genuine, and truly care about their customers. I’ll definitely be bringing any future cars here and would highly recommend them to anyone looking into protecting their car. Thank you, Dragon Auto team! You guys are awesome!

Who does that?! Rarely do I get anything for free these days or even service that I don't have a single complaint about. Businesses as such... deserve great praise. If you're wondering if Dragon Auto is for you, look no further! I recommend them wholeheartedly.
